Biography Paul Remmey
Born in Philadelphia, Paul Baker Remmey studied at the Pennsylvania Museum School of Industrial Art and was a member of the Philadelphia Water Color Club, Philadelphia Sketch Club, and Woodmere Art Association.
He exhibited at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts (1931-32, 1934-46), the Philadelphia Art Alliance (1939-46), the Art Institute of Chicago (1938 and 1946), Woodmere Art Gallery (1940-46) and others.
His work is included in the collection of the University of the Arts, Fleischer Art Memorial, and Woodmere Art Museum.
