Born in Jeffersonville, IN on Sept. 18, 1912. Seigle studied at the Chouinard Art School in Los Angeles under Millard Sheets and Phil Dike. He worked in San Francisco from the 1930s to the 1950s. His work includes both representational and abstract works. He died in Louisville, KY on March 26, 1990.
