Richard V. Neubauer , York PA (b.1930-d.2013)
Neubauer was a native of Maryland and York Pennsylvania. He served in the Army in Alaska during the Korean War, as a draftsman at Allied-Signal afterward, later painting portraits of the retiring executives, and painting more after retiring in the 1990's. Richard is known for his Dutch Realist/Old Masters Style Portraits and Genre-Painting plus caricatures and still life painting.
