William Henry Walker (February 13, 1871 - January 18, 1938)
Cartoonist, satirist, landscape and portrait painter. Born in in Pittstown (later renamed Pittston), Pennsylvania, the son of Orcelia A. Barnes (1840-1916) and Ira Taylor Walker (1838-1921). Attended the University of Kentucky (1888) and the University of Rochester (B. S., 1891), and was a member of the fraternity Psi Upsilon.
