Born in Snohomish, WA on Jan. 1, 1906. While a resident of Los Angeles during the 1930s, Zeran studied at Otis Art Institute and was active in the local art scene. He died in Oak Harbor, WA on July 6, 1994. His landscapes, portraits, and still lifes show the influence of Cezanne. Exh: Calif.
