Born in Utopia, TX on March 12, 1904. The Rogers family moved to California in 1911. Following graduation from the State Teachers College in Fresno, CA, Thelma taught art in the public schools of Selma and Lodi, CA. She later married Virchow Kessinger and settled in Riverside where she taught in the public schools there for many years. Mrs. Kessinger died in Loma Linda, CA on Oct. 1, 1975. Member: Riverside AA (pres. 1940).
