Born in Napa, CA on May 12, 1876. Plass was a lifelong resident of Napa. She was a pupil of Lorenzo P. Latimer and a sketching partner of Elizabeth Hoen. A spinster, she died in San Francisco on Dec. 10, 1943. Her work includes watercolors of the Napa-Sonoma area. Exh: Calif. State Fair, 1890.
