German sculptor (1873 Mönchengladbach and 1955 Berlin), studied at the Academies in Hanau, Paris and Brussels, active in Berlin since 1904, made initially in particular life-size marble figures, later increasingly female nudes and chose motifs from mythology, was the great German Art Exhibitions 1939-1943 represented in the house of German Art in Munich.
