Biography Victor Korecki
Wiktor Korecki (Kamieniec Podolski 1890 - Komorów k. Warszawy 1980) studied at the Aleksander Muraszka Drawing School in Kiev. During the inter-war period he exhibited at the Zacheta Fine Arts Association in Warsaw, including three group exhibitions.
During the second World War he was held at a work camp in Leipzig. In 1946 he returned to the country. Korecki settled in Milanówek. He painted atmospheric landscapes, usually winter ones, which were always very popular with collectors.
