Heinrich Loy (1907-1941)
A painter and sketch artist in World War II, he died in a Russian partisans` ambush on August 31, 1941. He was awarded the "Dürer Award" of the city of Nuremberg, Germany.
Six pictures showing Russian fugitives and POWs, portraits of a Russian farmer and of his wife, a damaged church disappeared in 2001.
