Russell Freeman was born 1969 in Manchester England, his father was a keen art collector and encouraged Freeman with his art. He enjoyed considerable success with many solo shows and traveled extensively.
In 1995 he made Australia his home. Still exhibiting and painting daily he, lives in South Australia and has taken some instruction with David Dridan. He has sold works worldwide which are held in many public and private collections. In 2006 he was invited to represent Australian artists and meet the Australian Prime Minister John Howard.
