Harvey Lindlsley Page was born in Washington, DC on January 9, 1959. Page studied at the Emerson Institute in Washington and in the 1880s opened his own office there. For three years he worked in Chicago and in 1900 he settled in San Antonio, Texas where he remained for the rest of his life.
