Billy Price Carroll (b.November 27, 1920- d. March 15, 2011)
Drawn to art since age six, she had her own studio for over 30 years. For more than 20 years she taught Saturday Art Classes to young students who won many regional and national prizes.
She did Western art in oil, watercolor and pastel, notably portraits and landscape painting with Chinese brush and ink (last pages); also sculpture. Her works are owned in the United States, Europe and Asia. She has lectured for many years.
