Mary Patricia "Patti" Hendrickson (June 14, 1920 - February 9, 2006)
Patti was an artist who worked in many media, including casein, oils, pastels, watercolor and mosaic. She received the 1st place American Artists Award in 1953 for Madonna which was the first casein painting ever to be so honored. In 1955 she was honored again by American Artists when she was selected as one of 10 leading young U.S. artists to tour and exhibit her work in Europe. One of her publicly displayed mosaics is Moses on the Mount. It is made of cut glass and precious stones and is permanently displayed at Temple Beth Meier in Studio City, California.
