Julius Kramer attended the Art Student's League, American Artists School, and the Brooklyn Museum Art School. He was Art Supervisor at the Franklin School, New York City and also taught at the Cheshire School Union in Massachusetts. He was a member of the New Jersey Art Affiliates and the Artists Equity in New York City.
