Born in France in 1864. Peronnet was in South America in the 1890s and Belgium in 1903. The following year he moved to California and established a sign-painting business in Contra Costa. While in Los Angeles in 1920-33, he painted scenery for the movies. Because of the Depression and lack of work, he is believed to have returned to France.
