Wilhelm Martin Busch (born September 1, 1908 in Breslau, Germany) was a German illustrator. He was the son of the painter Arnold Busch, who taught at the Breslau Kunstakademie. After graduating from high school, Wilhelm completed a three-year apprenticeship as a decorative painter.
From 1929 to 1932 he studied at the Berlin academy for free and applied art and became a press draftsman and freelance artist. In the Second World War he was drafted as a PK draftsman.
In 1954 he moved to Hamburg and became a teacher at the Textile and Fashion School (later Fachhochschule für Gestaltung). In 1984 he was appointed professor from the Hamburg Senate.
