Ralph A. Fishbourne was born in Vallejo, California on November 4, 1883. While in San Francisco, Fishbourne studied at the Mark Hopkins
Art Institute in 1898-1910. His architectural practice thrived after the 1906 earthquake.
His designs include McKinley High School and St Frances Hospital.
In 1917 he moved to Honolulu and designed the Princess Theater.
