Biography Thelma Kelly Hull
Grew up in Phillipsburg. Earned a BS in 1936 with a minor in art and a MA in art in 1973, both from Fort Hays Kansas State College. Spent her life teaching until retiring in 1968. Lived in Woodston in 1974.
