Catherine Lux

Biography   Catherine Lux


Earned a BA from Washburn College (Topeka, Kansas) in 1897 and attended Adirondack Manual Training School in 1901.  Instructor in the Topeka Public Schools from 1899-1903 and in Omaha, NE from 1903-07.  Assistant Professor of Plastic Arts and teacher of wood carving, clay modeling and pottery at Pittsburg State Univ. (Kansas) from 1908-1914.
