Biography   Leonard Plott


Leonard H. Plott was born on February 27, 1919 in Zurich, Kansas.  He was a graduate of Beloit High School.  Studied engineering at Kansas Wesleyan Univ. (Kansas).  Employed by Wichita Cabinet Co. in 1950 when he opened his own shop specializing in cabinets and fine furniture. Lived in Wichita in the 1960s. From 1981 to 1989, Mr. Plott and his daughter operated the Plott Toy Shop during the holiday seasons.  They were featured in the 1986 December issue of Colonial Homes, a national magazine.

Exhibitions: Univ. of Wichita, 1961.
