Charles Louis Vennik (Dutch painter): born January 12, 1927 in Brussel, Belgium; died December 29, 1990 in Zandvoort, Holland.
A primarily self-taught painter, graphic artist and restorer (Louvre, Paris), he went on painting and study trips to Denmark, Germany and America. He studied with "van Dijk" who was living in Laren ( 1947), and was teacher of Louis Schutte 1983-1990.
He lived in Laren, Amsterdam, Hilversum, Uithoorn, Mijdrecht in Holland; St. Martin de Hinx in France 1966- 1973; Amsterdam, Rosenburg, Zandvoort in Holland; Amsterdam 1974-1987 gallerie prinsengracht; Rosenburg/Aalsmeer 1987-1990; Overleden in Zandvoort.
