Biography   Fritz Schwimbeck


Fritz Schwimbeck (1889-1972) Born in Munich, Schwimbeck studied painting at the Technical University in Munich in the studio of Friedrich Bodenmüller, as well as sculpture under the guidance of M. Kaeer. He was a self-taught etcher, and studied history of art for many years. Study trips have taken him, among others, to southern Europe and Africa.
