Albert Ray Mow was active/lived in California, Indiana, Oregon. Albert Mow is known for painting.
Born in Argos, IN on Oct. 14, 1897. While a resident of Los Angeles in 1924, Mow studied at the Otis and Chouinard art institutes in Los Angeles. He was active locally until about 1935; due to the Depression he then moved to Klamath Falls, OR to work as a lumberman. He died in Tenmile, OR in September 1985.
