Winegar, Anna Lillian (1867-1941)    Born Michigan.  Died Arizona.

Born Plainwell, Michigan. Graduate of Wellesley College, 1892. Active in Brooklyn, New York. Member of the National Association of Women Painters and Sculptors.* Bronxville, New York resident 1900-c1935. Painter, Illustrator. 

Studied in Italy and in Paris with Frank Edwin Scott and Kerson. Member of National Association of Women Painters and Sculptors, MacDowell Club.*  Died Tucson, Arizona. 

“Miss Anna L. Winegar, a friend and former pupil of Franklin Bothe, teacher of drawing at Wellesley College, has been secured as teacher of charcoal and free hand drawing for Professor Edward Hayward’s summer school at Clyde.”Displaying 750 of 8166 characters.
