Charles Heil


Born in Boston, Mass. in 1870, he lived and was active in Massachusetts all his life.  Heil died in 1950 in Boston.

Studied:
Cowles Art School in Boston, with DeCamp and Major, also in Paris, France.

Exhibitions:
Boston Art Club between 1896 and 1909; Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, 1903, 1940; Pan-Pacific Expo., San Francisco, 1915 (gold medal); Society of Independent Artists, 1917; Salons of America, 1924; Jordan Marsh Company, Boston, 1938 (Mitton Medal); Art Institute of Chicago.
