Draughtsman, 1893. “Traver, the draughtsman, is preparing the plat for the Blackburn residence block. The grounds will be beautifully laid out and set to shrubbery and trees, while the house will be directly in the middle of the block and a spraying fountain immediately in front of the house,” The Moon, Feb. 4, 1893, “Local Happenings”.
