Profession: Teacher, painter, illustrator, lecturer, writer, and decorator

Studied: Rochester Institute Technology; Art Students League; Emile Gruppe; Charles Woodbury; William Chase; F.W. Taylor

Exhibited: Rochester Art Center, 1920-52; Rationalists, 1935-45; Genesee Group, 1946-52; Finger Lakes Exhibition, 1941-43; Elmira, Cortland, Auburn, Geneva, NY. Awards: Rochester Art Center, 1938; Rochester Mus. Arts & Sciences, 1943 (fellowship).

Taught: Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, NY for 39 years serving as head of the Art and Design department until his retirement in 1952.<  ...  Displaying 750 of 2708 characters.
