Constant Louis Franke

Born in Brussels, Belgium on May 5, 1893. Franke was a military aide to King Albert. He settled in Los Angeles in 1919 and worked as artist, actor and military advisor for the movie industry. He died there on Oct. 31, 1943. Exh: Hollywoood Plaza, 1932; Assistance League (LA), 1932.
