Born in France of Italian parents on Sept. 5, 1896. Duccini moved to San Francisco in 1909 with his father Alessandro. The Duccinis were a family of artists who for centuries had worked on cathedrals and palaces in Italy. During the 1930s he was active in the San Francisco Bay area on the Federal Art Project. Under their auspices, he did marble murals of California Pioneers in the Alameda County Courthouse (done with Marian Simpson). He later produced murals in the Hall of Justice and Masonic Temple in San Francisco. He died in Sonoma, CA on June 17, 1966. Member: San Francisco Art Association.
