Harry F Heine
Harry F. Heine was active/lived in California / France, Belgium. Harry Heine is known for decorative work, portrait and interior painting.
Born in Belgium. Heine arrived in San Francisco shortly after the earthquake of 1906 and studied at the Institute of Art for five years. He was active in the local art scene and did much of the decorative work at the PPIE of 1915. After enlisting in the Army in 1917, he was wounded while fighting in the Argonne Forest in France and died on Nov. 20, 1918. His rare works include portraits and interiors. Exh: San Francisco Art Association, 1916.
