She exhibited at the Whistler House Gallery, the Addison Gallery and John Ester Gallery and the Boston Museum of Guild Artists.
She was a student of Philip Hale at the Boston School Museum of Fine Art, and also earned a certificate in Paris from the Ecole des Beaux Arts, where she traveled on a Paige Traveling Scholarship. From 1930 to 1933, she studied sculpture with Robert Laurent.
Memberships included Guild Scholars of the Boston Museum School and American Artists Professional League.
