Kenneth Forman was an American artist and arts educator active in Connecticut and worked as a professor at The University of Connecticut. As an artist he became inactive late in life due to blindness. He was working primarily in Modernist and Abstract styles.

Early life – Kenneth Forman was born June 5, 1925 in Landour, India while his parents were working as missionaries. Prior to attending college he served in the U.S. Navy from 1944-1946. He studied at Wittenburg College in Springfield, Ohio, graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 1950, and Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, graduating with a Masters of Art in Painting in 1951.
