Born in Oakland, CA on July 27, 1894. Rosario Winston was artistically inclined at an early age. She studied art in NYC and London during the 1920s. After her marriage in 1935, she settled in San Francisco. She was active in the local art scene and assisted Moya del Pino in painting murals on Treasure Island for the GGIE. Working in oil and watercolor, she produced children's portraits, landscapes, and still lifes. Mrs. Jackson died in San Francisco on Dec. 11, 1982.
