Alexander Zabreskie

Alexander M. Zabreskie was active/lived in California.  Alexander Zabreskie is known for Lithographer; Topographical Draftsman.

Biography  
Alexander Zabreskie


After arriving in California in 1850, Zabreskie worked in San Francisco as an associate of J. W. Hartman. He was a draftsman for the Surveyor General's office until his death in the Sandwich Islands on Oct. 28, 1857. Zabreskie Point in Death Valley is named for him. Exh: Mechanics' Inst. (SF), 1857.
