Biography  
Emma Eberhart


Born in Pennsylvania in 1839, Emma  Eberhart moved to Los Angeles in 1895 and soon settled into a home in Eagle Rock.  She died there on January 15, 1929.  She was the mother-in-law of artist Arion Putnam.  Her rare watercolors are mostly of wild flowers.
