Painter, architect, designer and teacher, Robert Fuller Jackson was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1875. After his early education in Minnesota, he attended Harvard University where he studied fine art and architecture.
Jackson made his home in Cambridge, Massachusetts where he maintained a studio from which he produced watercolors and paintings that he exhibited at the Copley Society and the Boston Art Club. Available records at the St. Augustine Historical Society see Jackson in St. Augustine several times between 1910 and 1915 for the winter season at the Ponce DeLeon Hotel built by Henry Morrison Flagler in 1887.
