Jeanne A. Ocker was born in Los Angeles, California in 1922. She studied with artists Frank Myers, George Post, Robert E. Wood and Bud Shackelford.

Ocker exhibited through the Monterey Peninsula and Central California, including: The Santa Cruz Art League Statewide Competition, Monterey County Fair, Pacific Grove Annual Watercolor Shows, San Francisco Hall of Flowers, and the Naval Post Graduate School in Monterey. She has been an award winner at the Monterey County Fair.
