I am from Tommy Macaione’s home town of New London, CT and am presently doing family research on this 3rd brother. Tommy had 2 brothers (Maurice & James) who were cobblers … both sold / repaired orthopedic shoes. They were, for many years, active and well known in New London. Tommy headed west after WWII.
I have Eli Levin’s book “Santa Fe Bohemia …” and have checked out many articles (on-line) from the Santa Fe New Mexican (they only go back to 1994).
I would be very interested in any stories about or photos of Tommy from his early days in Santa Fe.

As many people know Santa Fe New Mexico is considered in the top five art markets and destinations in the world.
It holds an intense place in American art history as well.
Of all the world famous artists that have been and lived here Tommy is the only one to have had a park named for him and a bronze sculpture of him installed.
It was Tommy Macaioni that made the city different!!!!!
