| New York born Anne Huntington was a painter of landscapes and figures in landscape. She was a student at Cooper Institute in New York City, at the Cincinatti Art Institute where her teacher was Frank Duveneck, and Academy Colarossi in Paris with Carolus-Duran and Jean-Jacques Henner. In the 1930s, she lived in Santa Monica, California.
Memberships included the Cincinnati Women's Club. She was married to Thomas Woodruff Allen.
