Biography from AskART:
| Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, Annie Archer was active in New York City and
Tucson and Oracle, Arizona where she painted desert landscapes and
native life. There she was a co-founder of the Tucson Palette and Brush Club.
She was a cousin of Alice Low Sand, landscape painter, and the two of them came to Arizona together in the 1920s.
