The following, submitted May 2005, is from Bob Constant whose sources include an interview with the artist.
Bill
Anderson is especially noted as a painter of motion scenes of sports
and horses. Other subjects include figures, landscapes and animals, and
in the 1950s Anderson began watercolor painting, which has remained an
interest. By the 1960s, he was exhibiting them as well as prints in
Southern California where he became a resident.
