Biography from American Eagle Fine Art:
Caroline Ten Eyck, married to Norman Appleton, was born in La Junta, Colorado on January 23, 1902.  She was active in Santa Fe.  She was a painter, graphic artist, author/illustrator of children's books.  She also did portraits of Santa Feans and landscapes of New Mexico.
