| From a studio in California's Napa Valley, she paints rural landscapes, many of them with farm animals she loves, especially cows. Her favorite medium is watercolor, and in 1997, she won first place in the Rocky Mountain National Watermedia show.
She was born and raised in Chicago and learned a lot about art from frequent trips to the Chicago Art Institute with her grandfather. Her parents insisted that she get business training, but ultimately her creative instincts led her to become a full-time artist. |
