| A painter and illustrator, Charles Arcieri was born in San Francisco, California on Nov 11 1885. Arcieri studied in his native city at the Mark Hopkins Art Institute under Charles Chapel Judson, Frank Van Sloun, and Theodore Wores.
By 1933 he was a resident of Grantwood, New Jersey.

| Charles Frank Arcieri was born in San Francisco, California in
1885. He studied at Mark Hopkins Art Institute in his hometown
under Charles Judson, Frank Van Sloun and Theodore Wores.
Arcieri moved to New York City during the late 1920s, and exhibited
there with the National Academy of Design. The painter and
illustrator favored lush colorful impressionistic landscapes and
portraits. He specialized in figures.
In 1933, Arcieri moved to Grantwood, New Jersey, continuing to exhibit
with the National Academy of Design. He passed away in 1945.
