| | Born in San Francisco, CA on Feb. 21, 1899. After graduating from Girl's High School, Elizabeth attended UCLA. She was the niece of artist Sidney Armer and a member and regular exhibitor at the Women's City Club of San Francisco. A lifelong resident of her native city, Mrs. Bissinger died on Oct. 27, 1978 in Los Angeles where she was taken when succumbing to cancer.
