| Born in Missouri on June 14, 1869, Ethel Anderson settled in Fresno,
California in 1889. She soon married Fred L. Aber and established
a home and studio at 847 M Street where she taught china painting.
At one time she taught at the Fresno Evening High School, and for 28
years served as secretary of the local chapter of the Eastern Star.
Mrs. Aber died in Fresno on Jan. 11, 1949. Her work includes still lifes.
