| | Born in Boston, MA on May 3, 1860. Adler moved to California in 1895. He worked as an artist in Oakland (1899) and San Diego (1912). In 1913 he moved north to Quinby in Trinity County where he panned for gold. He died there on May 14, 1925. | Source:
