Painter, lithographer. Born on Jan. 29, 1876 in Mannheim, Germany.

Albright studied music and philosophy at the Heidelberg University and after graduation wandered about Europe for a few years. Shortly after the turn of the century he came to the U.S. and traveled extensively before settling in San Francisco in 1905. He knew immediately that it was the place he had been seeking, and took his first and only job as an employee of the Paul Elder Book Company, a position that he held for (showing 500 of 1214 characters).
