This
information comes from the notes and diaries I found in my home, which
was the home of Hazel B Jacoby Harbaur, Toledo, Ohio Artist. Israel was
responsible for organizing The Toledo Independent Artist Club in Toledo
in 1932. He donated his services for the interest of Art and to help
the ones that wanted his help. Elected officers were Paul Cahill, John
Blum, Frank Sattick, Dean Sloger, and Hazel Jacoby Harbaur.
